පරණ blog post එකක් වුනාට කමක් නෑ මේ වගේම මට වුන දේකුත් කියන්නම්…
මට වුනේ මෙහෙමයි…..ඉස්සර (2005 විතර ) Dialog එකේ 500 package එකේ (tax නැතුව ) Call charges 1000ට කොහෙද වැඩි නම් rental එක free කලා…
ඒත් මගේ tax නැතුව Call charges ඒ ගානට වඩා රුපියල් 3ක් වැඩියි….ඒත් rental එක අයින් කරලා නෑ….
ඒ පාර customer care call කරලා අහපුවහම කියනවා එයාලා ටැක්ස් එක නැතුව Call charges ගනන් හදන්නේ මෙහෙමලු හදන්නේ මෙහෙමලු….
20% Tax සමඟ බිල =1800 නම්
20% ටැක්ස් එක නැතුව බිල = 1800 – (1800*20/100) ලු…
මුන් 5 වසරේ ගනන් වත් දන්නේ නෑ…
ඒ පාර මම කිව්වා ඒ ගණිත ක්‍රමේ වැරදියි කියලා…උදාහරණත් එක්ක කිව්වම ඒ පාර මිනිහා තේරුම් අරගන කියනවා මේ ක්‍රමේටලු Auto bill calculate වෙන්නේ ඒ නිසා complain එකක් දාන්නම් කියලා මට Complain එකේ number එක දුන්නා..
ඒ පාර මම ගනන් හදන හැටි ලියලා ඊමේල් කලා…
20% tax එක එක්ක බිල 1800 නම් ටැක්ස් එක නැතුව බිල =1800/120*100 කියලා
ඊට සති දෙකකට විතර පස්සේ මගේ එක rental අඩු කලා..

well, if you kind a live far from the tower and if you don’t have proper signals, the modems tend to run bit hotter since it hard to transmit at higher power, heat is always bad, the issue maybe your downloading running torrent where the modem is required to transmit continually.

if you read my past blogs you can see HSDPA experience for each user is defert then other, even tho every one is on the came network. if your having issues complain, i know its hard make customer care persons understand you issue, i had the same kind a issues, so you have to try and try.

about the heat, one thing you can do it, get a longer USB cable and put the modem where you get better signals, maybe even out side of your home. (make sure it wont get wet) else you can put some aluminium or some thing similar on top of the modem to reduce the heat.

HSDPA in Mobitel,
From your blog i can see u are an experienced user. I have a problem that im using Huawei E160 modem & when i use it around 25 minutes it get heated soo much. Will it burn after 1 year? and some times m3 services also drops. says mobitel is always undergoing networks for better experience. no service quality since april..

මටත් විසන්ධිවෙන ගැටලුව තියනව. හිටි ගමන් විසන්ධි ‍වෙනව. ඒත් ආයෙ සම්බන්ධ කරන්න ටික වෙලාවක් ඉන්න ඕනි. මගේ 490 පැකේජ‍ය තියෙන්නෙ. හැබැයි පෙරගෙවුම් සබදතාවල මේවගේ ගැටලුවක් නෑ.

මටත් මො‍බිටෙල්ල මේ වැඩේ කලා. මේ ලගදි රෑ වෙලා ගත්ත පාරිභෝගික සේවයට. මෙකද දවල්ට ගන්න බෑනෙ. මෙ මෑන්ගෙන් ගැටලුව කියල ඇයි කියල අහුවහම විනාඩියක් ඉන්න කියල හෝල්ඩ් එක‍‍ට දාල විනාඩි 5කින් විතර විසන්ධි කලා.
