පහු වෙලා උනත් මටත් මෙකට ලියන්න දෙයක් තියෙනව. මාත් මීට අවුරුදු ගානකට කලින් ඩයලොග් HSDPA University package එකට රැවටිච්ච කෙනෙක් තමයි. මොකද මං ඒ package එක ගන්න වෙලෙත් අහපු මූලික කාරනය තමයි මට මේ speed එක ගන්න පුලුවන්ද කියන එක. උන් කිසි ලැජ්ජාවක් නැතුව කිව්ව පුලුවන් කියල. හැබැයි අරගත්ත දවසට පහුවෙනිදා මං කතා කරල කිව්වම ස්පීඩ් එක නැහැ කියල (less than 25kb) අර කලින් දවසෙ කියපු කෙනාම කියනව ඕක තමයිලු තියෙන ස්පීඩ් එක.

අනිත් එක තමයි FUP. ඩයලොග් කියන්නෙ ෆුල් ස්පීඩ් bandwidth එකෙන් පස්සෙත් access කරන්න පුලුවන් කියල. හැබැයි ඒක practically කරන්න පුලුවන් වැඩක් නෙමෙයි.

ඩයලොග් තරම් තමන්ගෙ customers රවට්ටන තුච්ච company එකක් වෙන නැහැ.

But :’( as i commented in your blog “Success Kills Mobitel HSDPA” it is again below 5 KBbps for me using Mobitel 4GB connection though i’m receiving 100% signal strength.But,මම කොහොමටවත් පිලිගන්නෙ නෑ ඔබ කියන විදියට Mobitelලගෙ customer service එක හොදය් කියන එකට! Refer my previous comment in “Success Kills Mobitel HSDPA”.

මම මාස 6ක් තිස්සේ hotline එකට 30-40පාරක් විතර කතා කරන්න ඇති,,Kandy,Gampola Mobitel arcade වලට 10පාරකට වඩා ගියා,emails 10ක් විතර යැව්ව,කිසිම reply එකක් වත් call එකක් වත් අවෙ නෑ! so i’m not agree with u in that matter, and i hope/wish Dialog is better than that!(i dont know about Dialog much more)

Another thing i like to point out is in Kandy area i have tested speeds of several locations but i couldn’t found any single place that Mobitel is faster than dialog!!

Also people @ Mobitel don’t have proper communication with each other.. i don’t like to talk about customer care as they are “idiots”(know about nothing), but even the testers who are checking the system don’t have proper communication with engineers.Also as i got to know that there are no equipments in kandy to check the network! people from colombo must come and do it (also only few equipments-(with GPS) for whole Mobitel)

Another thing that i got to know is, there are 7 E1 channels are established within their towers but only 1 or 2 are activated for HSDPA to avoid wasting of E1 ,,without considering about their customers. So in our area-Gampola the speed drops about to 4Kbps @ night & holidays..

Hey,that සැටලයිට් Ku dish thing is cool bro! and i wana know little bit about exact speeds that individual ISP s are receiving and are they connected to the internet backborn separately or not.. -thank you-

my m 3 connection speed dropped to 200-500kb after 11pm yesterday and 2 days before.
yesterday speed recovered in 30 minutes.
and before 11pm speed was more than 1mb. i checked several times with several servers because of this issue.
did you also experienced that?

හොද ලිපියක්…. කවුරු වුනත් කියන speed එක දෙන්නෑ… මම නං DIALOG පාවිච්දි කරනවා… මම සම්හන්ධ වන tower එක වැඩිය busy නෑ…. ඒක නිසා මටනම් හොද speed එකක් ලැබෙනවා…..

but i use mobitel for only short durations.
so that may be the reason i didn t experience that.
anyway they will fix it i think? i m also going to buy zoom package this week.

lucky you, i have checked with more then 10 ppl all of them have the same issue, this is not about speed, even mobitel them confirmed the issue but no resolutions as yet.
